You will discover a characterful house steeped in history, bright and opening onto a 2000 m² garden. It offers unobstructed views from the bedrooms, living room, and terrace overlooking the landscape and the Vexin plains, inviting you to relax. Located in the village of Lavilletertre, between Gisors and Marines, the village has a train station that connects you to Paris in one hour, and a café-supermarket. Gisors 19 km, Beauvais 33 km, Giverny 40 km, Chantilly 48 km, Versailles 75 km, Charles de Gaulle Airport 75 km. Clos St Jean is a 90 m² gîte for 5 people located across the street from the owners' house.
The cottage is spread over two levels and features a beautiful entrance hall on the ground floor, leading to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator/freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc.), the living/dining room with TV, and a bedroom with a 90x190 cm bed (desk and chest of drawers), a bathroom with a toilet (washing machine). Upstairs: two bedrooms with 90x200 cm beds and a second bathroom with a toilet. You will enjoy a beautiful shaded garden and a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a barbecue. Parking is located a few meters from the cottage outside the property. For your convenience, beds are made upon arrival, and rates are all-inclusive. The cottage has Wi-Fi. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
